~ What is it & how do we make More?
What is it that makes us all
so different?
Some people seem to exude confidence. . . confidence in how they walk . . . confidence in how they talk . . . confidence in how they look . . . confidence in how they act. But they may not be confident in all areas of their lives?
Because sometimes even confidence has differences . . . often our lives get framed into different aspects . . . which I like to think of as our 'wheel of life':~
* Business/Career
* Relationships/Family
* Education/Personal Development
* Health/Fitness
* Finances/Wealth
* Spirituality
So you might be surprised to discover that even the most successfully confident person at work, may be lacking in confidence in their relationships or other areas in their 'wheel of life'. Sometimes people appear outwardly confident, but inside may have low self-esteem and don't feel good enough, or worthy enough.
Try this Confidence Building exercise :~

Try this Confidence Building exercise :~
Think of a role model . . . someone who oozes the right type of
Confidence for you . . . whether it’s someone you know personally or someone
famous who represents how you’d most like to be.
Next write down all of their qualities that make them appear Confident
to you ~ what is it about them that you like?
Then close your eyes and imagine them in front of you and observe
those qualities.
Then imagine you could super-impose your head on their shoulders and
see yourself taking on those qualities too
Then see the whole of you as them and draw those positive qualities
back inside yourself
Take a few deep breaths embedding these qualities within yourself and
imagine how you can use these more and more each and every day.
Practise this daily to focus your unconscious mind on how you want to
be ~ until it becomes just the way you are!
