starts as a SlimQuest Coach in the area.
SlimQuest is a successful 6 week weight-loss progamme for small groups.

    When I have attended slimming clubs in the past, I really hated the bit where we got weighed and then almost shamed in front of the group when we hadn't lost any or, even worse, had put a few pounds back on. Will you being doing this in your classes? I really need motivation to get fit but don't want to feel embarrassed.

    I'm delighted to be able to put your mind at rest and let you know that SlimQuest has a very unique and refreshing approach which means there are no weekly weigh-ins or sharing of this info amongst the group. You are actively encouraged to keep off the scales during the 6 week course and choose other ways to measure your weight loss success, like feeling more comfortable in your clothes or having more energy.
